GlowFX
From SWWorkshop
This sample shows how to create glow effects. In real it's difficult but we have a change 2D. We can use a hack solution. We prepare an image with glow effect by photoshop filter and then use in game. Photoshop GlowFX. The disadvantage of this solution more photoshop operation and this glow is valid only spesific image (In short it's static)
